JAY STIGERS

SENIOR ATTORNEY

Jay is a highly experienced Senior Attorney specializing in wills, trusts, and estate planning, as well as general corporate, lending, and private equity matters. Following his graduation from South Texas College of Law in Houston, Jay relocated to Dallas, where he began his legal career at a firm specializing in estate planning, probate, and legal services for small businesses. He also served as in-house counsel for a private technology company, gaining valuable experience in various corporate operations and compliance matters. Jay joined Roberts and Willie to further his focus on estate planning and estate administration, while also contributing to the firm's commercial lending and NDA practice groups. He represents private equity clients in a broad range of transactional matters, bringing a practical and solutions-oriented approach to every engagement.
